Orders

Order on line and choose your product(s) as appropriate. If you are still finding it hard to choose please email us at sales@gpsoz.com.au or phone us and we will be happy to assist you. We ship Australia wide and New Zealand but at this stage are unable to ship to other international destinations unless prearranged.

Stock is subject to availability and whilst we endeavour to maintain a live site there may be times when stock is unavailable for immediate shipment. In this case, we will contact you via email and let you know when stock will be shipped to ensure that this is acceptable.

Your security is our priority so our site provides secure payment options using the STRIPE Payment Gateway which accepts Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments using PayPal. If you prefer to pay by direct deposit, please email orders@gpsoz.com.au and we will email you a tax invoice for processing. Once funds are cleared we will dispatch your goods immediately. 

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Whilst we aim to ensure information on our website is correct, we reserve the right to change pricing and availability if details published on the website are incorrect.

Shipping Information

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Registered Post and/or Courier. Express Post is available however, this will incur an additional cost. Customers who would like express post delivery should contact us to arrange this service.

Deliveries to most capital cities are usually next business day, however during peak times you may need to allow up to five working days for your order to arrive. Regional/country customers and those in WA and Northern Territory should allow up to seven working days for an order to arrive. Please keep this in mind when ordering, especially during November and December as we have no control over order delivery once goods leave our warehouse.

At this stage we only deliver within Australia and New Zealand. Overseas countries by prior arrangement.
